  • Clinicians leaving a group

You're going out on your own and need your own insurer contracts, not the group's.

You're bringing on new clinicians and need each one credentialed without slowing down.

Why work with a Washington specialist

          • Apple Health, done right

Apple Health (Medicaid) is more than one application. It starts with enrollment through ProviderOne, then a separate application to each managed care plan, and the plans vary by county.

          • Washington's portals

ProviderOne, OneHealthPort, ProviderSource, and CAQH. These are the systems we work in, so you don't have to learn them.

          • Washington's insurers

Premera, Regence, Kaiser, Optum/UHC, Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth, Apple Health plans, and Medicare.

Based in Snohomish County, working with clinicians across Washington.

          Frequently asked questions

          What is CAQH?

CAQH ProView (now part of DataSpring) is the shared online profile most insurers use to check your license, education, work history, and malpractice coverage. Insurers usually won't review your application until your CAQH profile is complete and attested. You have to re-attest every 120 days to keep it active.

          How long does credentialing take?

Insurers set the timeline. Commercial insurers typically take 60 to 90 days, plus about 30 more for contracting. Apple Health and other state programs often take 90 to 150 days. These are estimates, not promises. We follow up regularly and update you every two weeks.

          Do you guarantee approval?

No. Insurers decide who they accept, and some close their panels to new providers in certain areas. What we can promise is careful, complete applications and steady follow-up. If an application comes back because of a mistake we made, we'll fix and resubmit it at no charge.

What do I pay insurers separately?

Many insurers don't charge a fee to apply, but if an insurer or state program does, you pay it directly. It isn't included in our prices. We'll tell you about any fees before we apply. You also keep your own malpractice coverage, which many insurers require at $1M per occurrence and $3M aggregate.

          Do you do billing?

Not right now. We focus on credentialing only, so you're approved and ready to bill. If you already work with a biller, we're happy to coordinate with them.

          Can associate-level clinicians get credentialed?

It depends. In Washington, most commercial insurers don't accept associate-level clinicians (LMHCA, LMFTA, LICSWA) on their own. Options vary by insurer and plan. We'll check your situation on the free call and tell you honestly if it's not worth applying yet, rather than charging you for applications that can't go through.

          How is my information protected?

Your documents are never uploaded through this website. After you sign on, you'll get a secure link. Documents are kept in encrypted, access-controlled storage and used only for your applications. A confidentiality agreement is available on request. Please don't send patient information. Credentialing only needs information about you as a provider.
